- Be relaxed while exercising. Exercise anytime but not after a heavy meal. Ideal time for exercising is morning before breakfast, at night 30 minutes before going to bed.
 - For best results workout interuption. You can keep a towel to mop your brow, a bottle of water to quench your thirst, a stero for choice of entertainment and an earphone, so that you don’t have to stop exercising for anything.
 - Drink plenty of water before and after your workout.
 - While exercising do not hold breath. Keep breathing rhythmically. It is advisable to breath only through your nose for greater stamina.
 - Wear comfortable clothing when exercising. It helps you to focus on the session.
 - Warm up before exercise to prepare your body to take the strain. The muscles should be lightly stretched and the cardio-pulmonary system activated.
 - Avoid too much of fat, sugar and sodium in your diet. Eat food with adequate starch and fibre.
 - Consult a physician before starting any exercise programme.
 - Stop exercising if you get dizzy, faint or feel discomfort.
